Join us for free bi-monthly webinars to learn more about wellness for older adults! Each session covers a topic within the eight areas of wellness for seniors: physical, emotional, social, intellectual, vocational, environmental, spiritual, and health services. Experts and organizations will share best practices, recommendations, and insight from their specialized fields. This ongoing series of 30 to 45 minute presentations will be held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 3:30 p.m. *
